  1. Mix and set aside the flour and sugar. Bring to boil the butter, cocoa, water and shortening. Pour over flour mix then add in the Large eggs, buttermilk and vanilla. Pour into greased and floured 13"x9"x2" pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 min.
