Ingredientes
- 2 c. enriched all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 c. grnd quick-cooking oatmeal
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 c. molasses
- 2 tbsp. melted shortening
- 2 c. sour lowfat milk or possibly substitute 1 2/3 c. sweet lowfat milk with 1 tbsp. vinegar added
- 1 c. raisins
Direcciones
- Sift flour, salt, baking pwdr, soda and sugar. Grind or possibly crush oatmeal and add in to dry ingredients. Add in molasses, melted shortening and lowfat milk. Mix thoroughly; add in raisins. Pour into 2 3/4 x 5 x 9 1/4 inch greased loaf pan; let set for 20 min. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 min. Makes 1 loaf.
