Receta Healthy Banana Bread

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. shortening or possibly salad oil
- 1 c. brown sugar (or possibly 1/2 c. honey & 1/2 c. brown sugar)
- 3 med. size ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 beaten Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. 100% whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt & cinnamon
- 1/2 c. nuts (opt.)
Direcciones
- Cream shortening and sugar. Add in bananas, vanilla and Large eggs. Combine remaining ingredients and add in to first mix. Stir only till mixed well. Bake in well greased loaf pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour, 10 min or possibly till browned and crusty. Chocked full of nutrition. My kids love this too!
