  1. In large bowl, combine flours, baking pwdr and salt; blend in brown sugar, cinnamon, allspice and grated carrots. In separate bowl, beat Large eggs well and blend in lowfat milk, molasses and butter. Add in to dry ingredients, stirring just till moistened.
  2. Stir in raisins and nuts. Spoon batter into large muffin tins lined with paper baking c., filling each to top of paper liner. Bake in 400:F oven for 25 to 30 min. 12 large muffins.
