Ingredientes
- 1 head Boston bib lettuce
- 1 jar hearts of palm
- 1/2 c. extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 3/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley minced
- 1 x clove garlic chopped Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Place several lettuce leaves on a salad plate, top with hearts of palm. Combine extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, parsley, garlic and salt and pepper. Shake well. Drizzle over salad.
