- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup milk (or milk substitute of your choice)
- 1/2 cup of brewed coffee
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
- 6 tablespoons hot water
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons xanthan gum
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 cup of your favorite gluten free dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup of your favorite gluten free peanut butter chips
