Receta Herb Bread Crumbs

Ingredientes
- 2 c. finely grnd bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp. crushed dry parsley
- 2 tbsp. dry chives
- 1 tbsp. garlic pwdr
- 1 tbsp. crushed dry basil
- 1/2 tbsp. crushed dry cilantro (coriander)
- 1/2 tbsp. dry thyme
- 1 tbsp. dry chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon dry lemon peel
Direcciones
- Air dry leftover bread heels or possibly slices. Sour dough or possibly homemade bread is best. After bread is thoroughly dry store in airtight container till ready to grind. Grind bread in processor or possibly blender.
- Mix bread crumbs and remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl with spoon or possibly whisk. Store in airtight container. Recipe is easy to multiply for making gifts.
