Receta Herb Butter For Fish

Ingredientes
- 1 tsp Minced tarragon
- 1 tsp Minced thyme (or possibly dbl. amt.)
- 1 tsp Minced dill
- 1 tsp Salt, or possibly more to taste
- 1 tsp Grnd white pepper, or possibly more
- 1 Tbsp. Minced parsley
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 6 Tbsp. Butter, room temperature
Direcciones
- Serve this with any grilled or possibly baked fish. Bake fish in a 500F oven or possibly under a broiler, allowing 5 min per 1/2 inch of thickness. PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS in a blender and blend till butter is smooth. Scrape into a bowl and offer at room temperature for dolloping over fish.
