Receta Herb Cheddar Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 c. tepid water
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon each oregano, thyme, marjoram
- 3 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
Direcciones
- Dissolve yeast in water. Heat lowfat milk and butter, pour into bowl. Add in sugar and salt. Cold to lukewarm. Add in WELL BEATEN Large eggs. Beat in yeast mix and herbs. Gradually add in 2 c. flour and beat till smooth. Add in cheese and remaining flour and beat. Knead on floured board. Place in covered bowl and let rise till double in size. Knead again. Place in greased loaf pan and let rise again. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min.
