  • 1 pkg. of herb and garlic cheese
  • Italian bread crumbs
  • 4 slices of prosciutto ham (or possibly any sliced ham)
  • 1 c. of lowfat milk
  • Whole wheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Open breast and spread cheese, in a thick layer, roll breast, bring in outside edges first, then roll breast from end to end. Dip chicken in lowfat milk and egg beaten then roll in flour then roll in bread crumbs. Lightly brown chicken then wrap with ham. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
