Receta Herbed Butter Baked Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon dry thyme
- 1 teaspoon dry marjoram
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 frying chicken, cut in pcs
Direcciones
- Combine flour, salt, pepper, thyme, marjoram and celery salt. Mix well. Heat butter in baking pan. Roll chicken in flour mix and place skin-side down in butter. Save flour mix for gravy. Bake chicken 30 min at 425 degrees, turn skin-side up and bake 15 to 20 min longer or possibly till tender.
