- 6 potatoes, boiled & diced
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 tbsp. onion flakes or possibly 1 med. onion, grated
- 1 tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Paprika
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients except paprika. Heat slowly 5 min or possibly till cream bubbles over potatoes. Serve (can be baked at 400 degrees till bubbly).
