Receta Herbed Pita Chips

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 x garlic cloves chopped
- 1/4 tsp dry thyme leaves crushed
- 1/4 tsp dry oregano leaves crushed
- 1 pkt pita bread - (12 ounce) 6 rounds
Direcciones
- Mix extra virgin olive oil, garlic and seasonings.
- Split each pita bread in half to create 2 rounds. Brush each pita bread round with oil mix; cut into 8 wedges. Place on cookie sheets.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 min or possibly till crisp.
- This recipe yields 8 dozen.
- Yield: 8 dozen
