Ingredientes
- 4 x Egg whites
- 2 Tbsp. Melted margarine
- 1 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Mixed dry herbs (thyme, basil, oregano, parsley, sage or possibly Italian seasoning)
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Butter 12 muffin tins, or possibly spray them with a vegetable oil spray. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the egg whites with the lowfat milk and margarine till frothy. Beat in the flour, herbs and Parmesan cheese, and allow the batter to sit for 5 min.
- Divide the batter among the prepared muffin tins, and place in the center of a preheated 450-degree oven for 20 min, then reduce the heat to 350 degrees and continue to bake for 30 min. Serve immediately.
- Makes 12.
