Receta Poached Salmon Steak
Ingredientes
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. minced onions
- 1/3 c. minced carrots
- 1/3 c. minced celery
- 4 c. water
- 1/2 c. dry white wine or possibly 1/4 c. vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Peppercorns to taste
- Salmon steaks
Direcciones
- In large skillet, heat butter, add in vegetables and cook 5 min. Add in water, wine and seasonings and simmer 5 min.
- Place salmon in boiling liquid, but do not completely cover steaks. Lower heat and cover skillet. Simmer gently 5 min per lb.. Remove and serve with dill sauce.
