Ingredientes
- 10 ounce Spinach, (frozen)-well liquid removed
- 1/2 c. Onion, finely minced
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. Margarine, reduced cal.-mltd
- 1/2 c. Bread crumbs, dry
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Thyme leaves, dry
- 1/4 tsp Sage (rubbed)
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper (to taste)
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350*F. In medium mixing bowl combine spinach, onion, egg and margarine, mixing well. Add in remaining ingredients and mix again till thoroughly combined. Using rounded teaspoonfuls, shape spinach mix into 16 equal balls. Spray non-stick baking sheet with cooking spray; arrange balls on sheet.
