Receta Herbed Tomato Chicken

Ingredientes
- 2 medium onions sliced
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 whole medium chicken breasts, skinned and halved lengthwise
- 1 (7 1/2 ounce.) can tomatoes, cut up
- 1/2 c. tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 c. minced green peppers
- 1 teaspoon dry basil crushed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 bay leaf
- Dash pepper
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
Direcciones
- In skillet combine first three ingredients, bring to a boil. Cover and simmer ten min. drain, add in chicken to skillet. Combine remaining ingredients except wine. Cook uncovered for 15 min more. Remove bay leaf. Serve over rice.
