- 1 1/2 c. bread flour
- 3/4 c. high gluten flour
- 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/4 c. soy flour
- 1 1/8 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. dry lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. shortening
- 3 Tbsp. wheat germ
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp yeast

- NOTES : I swore I wouldn't get another bread machine cookbook. Well, at $0.99 I couldn't resist, also name intrigued me. "Bread Machine Magic & More" No it's not from our favorite "Magic gals" Lois and Linda. But from a Rob & Holly Wanless. This is a supermarket special private press publication from "The American Cooking Guild" Haven't tried any of the recipes. Most are same old, same old. But one really caught my eye and want to try it. (I'm trying to get more soy into my diet)
- I have a few variations in mind, one being a substitution of equal parts applesauce and lecithin granules for the shortening. Any other adjustments would be made after the first trial.
