Ingredientes

- 1/2 C V-shape nutritional shake mix, sweet cream flavor
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 Tbsp. powdered Stevia (or any sweetener)
- dash of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 C applesauce
- 1 C unsweetened almond milk
- 1 C blueberries
- icing:
- 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 Tbsp. V-shape nutritional shake mix, sweet cream flavor
- 1/2 C cream, you may need more if you want a thinner consistency
- blueberries to garnish
