Receta Low Fat Muffins With Variations

- CRANBERRY ORANGE MUFFINS
- 1 c. Self rising flour
- 1/2 c. Dry cranberries
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 c. Orange juice BLUEBERRY MUFFINS
- 1 c. Self rising flour
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Frzn blueberries, left frzn
- 1/2 c. Orange juice BANANA MUFFINS
- 1 c. Self rising flour
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1 x Banana, mash
- 1 jar Banana baby food juice

- (Mix dry ingredients and fruit, add in juice and stir just till blended. Put in muffin c. and bake at 305 degrees for about 25 minutes.) I always double the recipe. Tried, enjoyed and reposted on fat-free by Brown Jeannie
