- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. diced green pepper
- 1/4 c. diced onion
- 2 1/2 ounce. dry beef, snipped fine with scissors
- Dash salt
- 1/8 c. pepper
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Blend all ingredients well, spoon into an 8 inch pie plate. Sprinkle with 1/2 c. minced nuts, bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. Serve cool or possibly hot with crackers.
