Receta Holiday Cranberry Tea Cakes

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. (16.1 ounce) nut quick bread mix
- 1 teaspoon apple pie spice
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 egg
- 1 can (16 ounce) Ocean Spray whole berry cranberry sauce
- 2/3 c. minced candied fruit
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl put together quick bread mix and spice. Add in water and egg, stir till all particles are moistened. Add in cranberry sauce and candied fruit, stir till combined.Spoon 1 tbsp batter into paper lined tea cake pans. Bake 30-35 min, till wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. If you like glaze with warm corn syrup; decorate with candied fruit and nuts. Makes 54 tea cakes. May also bake in 4 greased 5 3/4 x 3 1/4 inch loaf pans filled 2/3 full and baked 70 min.
