- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 2 c. English walnuts, minced
- 1 teaspoon mint extract
- 1 can ready to spread vanilla or possibly chocolate fudge frosting
- Powdered sugar

- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; stir till well blended. If necessary, work dough with hands. Using teaspoonful of mix for each, work in palm of hand and shape into balls. Roll each ball in powdered sugar. Store tightly covered. Yield: 5 dozen.
