  • 1 pound med. noodles (cooked 8 mins. in salted water)
  • 3 Large eggs, separated (beat whites into meringue)
  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 1 stick parve butter (4 ounce.)
  • 3/4 c. sugar & cinnamon, mixed
  • Raisins
  • Sliced apples

Direcciones

  1. Cook noodles. Drain and add in butter, orange juice and egg yolks (well beaten and lightly salted). Add in cinnamon, sugar mix and fruit. Gently mix in egg whites. Pour into greased or possibly Pammed 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan and bake about 45 min in 350 degree oven. Serve warm or possibly hot with roast meat or possibly poultry.
  2. Can be made in advance, cooled, cut into squares and frzn. When ready to serve, remove as much as needed and reheat in 350 degree oven.
