  1. Cream together butter, lard, and brown sugar till light and fluffy.
  2. Beat in lowfat sour cream.
  3. Sift together flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, nutmeg, and cloves.
  4. Gradually add in dry ingredients to creamed mix, mixing well with a spoon.
  5. Stir in walnuts. Cover and refrigerate1 hour in refrigerator. Shape dough into 4
  6. (6") rolls. Refrigeratein refrigerator overnight. Cut rolls into 1/4" slices.
  7. Place 2" apart on greased baking sheets.
  8. Bake in 350 oven 8 to 10 min or possibly till golden. Remove from baking sheets; cold on racks.
