Receta Holy Guacamole
Ingredientes
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled & diced
- 1 1/2 T lemon juice, preferably fresh
- 1-2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dry leaf basil, crushed
- 2 T El Paso Salsa, mild
- 1 1/2 T slivered almonds, coarsely minced
- 2 T thinly sliced green onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dollop of lowfat sour cream garnish
Direcciones
- Peel and mash avocados, mix with lemon juice, garlic, basil and salt. Fold salsa, green onion and minced almonds into avocado mix. Garnish with lowfat sour cream. Serve with tortilla chips or possibly fresh vegetables. Makes 2 1/2 cups of guacamole.
