Ingredientes
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. salad oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 3 tbsp. fresh lemon or possibly lime juice
- 1 teaspoon freshly minced oregano
- 1 teaspoon freshly minced rosemary
- 1 teaspoon freshly minced thyme
- 1 teaspoon freshly minced parsley
- Water to thin mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
Direcciones
- Place egg yolks, mustard, lemon or possibly lime juice in mixing bowl. Whisk together. Slowly drizzle in salad oil. Thin with water, if necessary. Season with minced fresh herbs and salt and pepper. Serve with roulade.
