Receta Vegetarian 7-Layer Dip
Ingredientes
- Vegetarian 7-Layer Dip
- Serves 6-8 People
- Ingredients:
- 2 can of refried beans (vegetarian brand)
- 2 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 ounces pepper-jack cheese
- 2 cups fresh guacamole
- 6-8 ounces sour cream
- 6-8 ounces fresh salsa
- 1 head of finely chopped iceberg lettuce
- 2 cups chopped tomatoes
- Procedure:
- In a 9x13 oven-safe pan, layer the refried beans in the bottom so they are equally spread. Next, place the cheddar and pepper jack cheese over the beans. Place the pan in a 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbling. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
- Spread the guacamole over the cheese and bean mixture. Add the sour cream next, then the fresh salsa.
- Lastly, cover with the chopped lettuce, then garnish with chopped tomatoes.
- Serve with corn chips.
