Receta Homemade Salsa

Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. Minced jalapeno peppers, (or possibly to taste)
- 1 med Minced onion
- 1 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/2 c. Minced fresh cilantro
- 2 x Fresh limes, juice of
- 6 x Fresh tomatoes with skins
- 6 x Minced tomatillos Salt & pepper to taste
Direcciones
- For a chunky-type salsa: finely chop onion, garlic, cilantro, tomatillos & jalapeno peppers.
- You may want to remove seeds from peppers. Mix and add in tomatoes, lime juice, salt & pepper. Mix well till the tomatoes are liquefied but lumpy.
- For smoother salsa: put all ingredients into a blender
