Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 2 tbsp. salad oil
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 425 degrees. Mix together flour, baking pwdr, salt, lowfat milk and 1/4 c. salad oil into bowl, stir vigorously till mix leaves side of bowl. Gather dough together and press into ball. Knead dough in bowl about 10 times to make smooth. Divide in half. Roll each half on floured surface to about 13" round. Brush with salad oil when in pan. Add in favorite toppings. Bake for 20 to 25 min.
