Ingredientes
- 2 cans hominy, liquid removed
- 2 cans whole kernel corn, liquid removed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pound Mexican warm Velveeta cheese
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 bell pepper, minced
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onion and bell pepper in butter. Add in soup, hominy, and corn. Salt and pepper to taste. Add in cheese in slices, and mix well. Cook about 20 min.
