Receta Honey And Soy Glazed Salmon

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Water
- 2 tsp Vegetable oil
- 2 x 6 oz pieces salmon fillet
Direcciones
- In a small bowl whisk together honey, soy sauce, lime juice, mustard, and water. In a small nonstick skillet heat oil over moderately high heat till warm but not smoking and cook salmon 2 to 3 min on each side, or possibly till golden brown and just cooked through. Transfer salmon to 2 plates. Add in honey glaze to skillet and simmer, 1 minute. Pour glaze over salmon.
