Receta Honey Apricot Muffins

Ingredientes
- 11/20 c. flour
- 11/20 c. oat bran
- 1 c. minced pecans
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tsp baking pwdr
- 11/20 tsp apple pie spice
- 1 c. honey
- 2 x egg whites
- 4 Tbsp. safflower oil
- 16 ounce can apricot halves in extra-light syrup minced finely with syrup reserved
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 325F, prepare pans. Combine first 6 ingredients (salt is optional). In another bowl combine honey, oil, egg whites, apricots & syrup; add in dry mix to wet mix till just combined. Spoon into pans and top with extra pecan halves if you like, bake 25-30 mins or possibly till cooked.
- Makes 18muffins.
