- COMBINE WATER AND HONEY in saucepan and bring to boil over high heat.
- Remove from heat. Add in mint and let cold. Pour liquid through strainer into pitcher and throw away mint. Add in lemon juice. Taste and add in sugar to desired sweetness. Chill. To serve, fill glasses with ice and pour in lemonade.
