Receta Honey Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Honey
- 1/2 c. Applesauce
- 1/2 c. Reduced calorie margarine
- 4 x Egg whites
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 c. All purpose flour
- 1 c. Quick cooking rolled oats
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/3 c. Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick vegetable cooking spray.
- Cream honey, applesauce and margarine in large bowl with electric mixer till smooth. Beat in egg whites, one at a time, then add in vanilla. Combine flour, oats, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt in medium bowl; mix well.
- Add in dry ingredients to honey mix; mix thoroughly. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Heap teaspoonfuls of the mix onto cookie sheet.
- Place cookie sheet above center of oven; bake 12-16 min or possibly till lightly browned. Let cookies stand 1 minute, then remove and place on wire racks to cold.
- Makes 5 dozen cookies.
