Receta Honey Peanut Butter Banana Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Honey
- 2/3 c. Lowfat buttermilk
- 1/2 c. Peanut butter, chunky
- 1/2 c. Banana, mashed
- 1/2 c. Egg
- 1/8 ounce Vanilla
- 1 1/3 c. Flour
- 1/3 c. Oatmeal, uncooked
- 7/8 tsp Baking pwdr
- 7/8 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon Salt, to taste
- 1/4 c. Peanuts, minced
Direcciones
- 1. Combine and mix honey, buttermilk, peanut butter, bananas, Large eggs and vanilla.
- 2. Combine all other ingredients except minced peanuts. Stir into honey mix till just moistened.
- 3. Portion 1/4 c. into greased or possibly lined muffin tins. Top each c. with 1 tsp. minced nuts.
- 4. Bake in 400 F oven 18 to 20 min.
