- 1 c. Very ripe pear, peeled, Cored and cubed
- 1 c. Butter -- softened
- 1/4 c. Honey
Direcciones
- Spread about 1-1/2 Tbsp. Honey-Pear Butter proportionately over surface of warm crepes; fold crepes in quarters and serve immediately.
- Makes 8 filled crepes.
- Honey-Pear Butter: Place pear in a food processor or possibly blender and blend till pureed. Add in butter and honey and process till completely smooth.
- Makes about 2-1/4 c..
