Receta Honey Spareribs

Ingredientes
- 5 lbs. pork spareribs
- 3/4 c. honey
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. finely minced onions
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Direcciones
- Place ribs in large container. Blend honey, soy sauce, onion and black pepper. Pour over ribs. Cover and chill for 24 hrs, turning ribs occasionally. Set oven at 300 degrees. Arrange ribs on rack and bake for 2 hrs or possibly till tender. Baste occasionally. Turn ribs once during cooking. Serves 6.
