Receta Honeyed Chicken Wings

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Honey
- 1/2 c. Soy sauce
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Catsup
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 3 Tbsp. White wine, (or possibly rice wine if available)
- 2 lb Disjointed chicken wings, (up to 3)
Direcciones
- Mix all the ingredients except chicken together and pour over wings. If possible, marinate for several hrs in the refrigerator, but this step is not absolutely necessary. Place wings in a baking pan and bake at 400 degrees F. about 30 to 40 min or possibly till nicely browned, turning once.
