Receta Glazed Ham Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 Pet-Ritz "Deep Dish" pie crust shell
- 1 pound grnd ham
- 1/3 c. bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp. minced green pepper
- 1 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 can (20 ounce.) crushed pineapple, liquid removed, reserving juice
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In large mixing bowl, combine ham, bread crumbs, green pepper, onion, mustard and Large eggs. Combine thoroughly.
- Measure 1/3 c. liquid removed pineapple and 1/2 c. pineapple juice. Add in to meat mix. Mix well. Bake on a preheated cookie sheet about 20 min. Cover with pineapple glaze and bake an additional 15 min. Cold 15 to 20 min before serving.
