Ingredientes
- 6 slices rye bread
- 1/3 c. butter, softened
- 2 tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 6 (1 ounce.) slices cooked turkey
- 6 (1 ounce.) slices cooked ham
- 6 slices ripe tomato
- 1 med. green pepper, sliced into 6 rings
- Slices Cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Heat broiler. Toast bread. In small bowl stir together butter and horseradish; spread butter mix on toast. Layer each slice toast with 1 slice turkey, 1 slice ham, 1 slice tomato and 1 slice green pepper. Place sandwiches on cookie sheet. Broil 3 to 4 min. Top with cheese; broil 2 to 3 min.
