- 1 x scallion thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. chopped peeled fresh ginger
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp dry warm red pepper flakes - (to 3/4)
Direcciones
- Put cabbage and scallion in a large bowl. Bring vinegar, ginger, sugar, and red pepper flakes (to taste) to a boil in a small saucepan over moderate heat, stirring till sugar is dissolved. Pour warm dressing over cabbage, tossing to combine.
