Ingredientes
- 1 c. Miracle Whip
- 3 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon onion pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd red pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 2 chicken breasts (1 lb.), boned, cut into chunks
- 3/4 c. sesame seed crackers (crushed)
- 1/2 c. salsa
Direcciones
- Preheat oven 425 degrees. Combine 1/2 c. dressing, lowfat milk and all the seasonings together. Lightly coat chicken chunks and then roll in cracker crumbs. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake for 18-20 min.
