Receta Hot Bean Venison Dip

Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb grnd venison
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1 x (16 ounce) can of kidney beans, mashed
- 1 Tbsp. chili pwdr
- 1/2 c. Ketchup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 x (4 ounce) can green chilies, diced
- 1/2 lb Monterey Jack or possibly Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute/fry onions in butter, then add in meat and brown. Add in remaining ingredients, saving some cheese for the top and simmer for 10 min. Pour into a casserole dish, top with the remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees till cheese is melted. Serve with tostodas or possibly corn chips.
