Receta Hot Beef Dip and Classic Spinach Dip
Ingredientes
- Hot Beef Dip~
- 2- 8 oz packages cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup milk
- 4 Tablespoons minced green onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon horseradish
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 T butter, soften
- 2 T white wine, optional
- 4 packages Carl Buddig roast beef lunch meat, chopped (can also use deli Roast Beef, such as Charlie's Pride)
- 1. With electric mixer, combine first 10 ingredients, 11 if using white wine, mix until smooth.
- 2. Stir in chopped lunch meat.
- 3. Pour dip into a 1-1/2 quart baking dish.
- 4. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- 5. Heat dip at 350 for 45 mins. Serve with assorted crackers.

- 1 pkg. (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, cooked, cooled and squeezed dry
- 1 cont. (16 oz) sour cream
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. Knorr Vegetable recipe mix
- 1/2- (8 oz) c. water chestnuts, chopped
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1/2- lb bacon, fried until crisp, drained and crumbled, optional
