Receta Hot Rice Wine And Sesame Dipping Sauce

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Sesame seeds toasted
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2/3 c. Chicken stock
- 1/4 c. Rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. Sesame oil
- 1/4 c. Honey
- 4 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 8 x turns Freshly-grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- In a saucepan add in the sesame seeds, salt, stock, vinegar, oil, honey and soy sauce and whisk over high heat till the mix comes to a full boil. Turn the heat down to medium, add in the black pepper and cook, whisking, for 3 min. Remove from heat.
- This recipe yields 2/3 c. of sauce.
