- Aji-no- moto / Chinese salt â 2 pinch (optional)
- Sugar â 2 tsp
- White vinegar â 1 tbsp
- Corn flour â 1 1/2 tbsp
- Water â 1 to 1 1/2 cups
- Salt â to taste
- Oil â 3 tbsp
