Receta Hot Tomato Pan Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Self-rising flour
- 3/4 c. Skim lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 ounce Egg substitute, liquid
- 10 ounce Tomatoes with green chilis, diced Vegetable cooking spray
Direcciones
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix till well-blended. Pour batter into a preheated 9-inch cake pan coated with vegetable spray. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 min, or possibly till bread tests done with toothpick.
- Remove from pan; cold on a wire rack. Serve hot.
