- 2 c. Cooked or possibly canned garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
- 1/2 c. Tahini (sesame butter) Cayene or possibly hab pwdr to taste
- 3 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/4 c. Plain yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. Sliced green onions
- 1/4 tsp grnd cumin (up to 1/2)
- 2 x Cloves garlic, quartered,
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt Freshly grnd pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. Finely chopped parsley
Direcciones
- In blender, combine part A. Cover. Blend part B ingredients till smooth, scraping down blender sides as needed: Blend till well combined.
- Chill at least 2 hours. to meld the flavors.
