Receta Hummus Dip/Sandwich Spread

Ingredientes
- 2 c. cooked and liquid removed garbanzo beans (1 can)
- 1/4 c. tahini (sesame seed butter)
- 2-5 T lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- 1/4 - 1/2 c. water
- 1 T minced parsley
Direcciones
- Put together above ingredients (except parsley) in the blender and blend till smooth, adding water as necessary. Remove from blender and add in minced parsley. Makes 2 1/2 cups.Serve with crackers or possibly pocket or possibly pita bread.
